You will be responsible for driving the organisational development/transformation. You will conduct organisational needs analysis and lead the appropriate plans and programmes incorporating best practices to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles. You are instrumental in customizing and evaluating training programmes, vendors, all Learning & Development policies and procedures including managing budgets; reports and presentations. In addition, you will need to ensure the smooth running of all L&D programmes, including orientation, stand-up training sessions and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
