LOCAL BANK NORMAL OFFICE HOURS BASIC UP TO $2200 + COMMISSION + BONUSES
Responsibilities: Assist customers in securing their loans through loans consolidation Provide quality and efficient after sales services and follow ups to the customers acquired Deliver retail banking products knowledge to customers To follow up on documents required for application submission.
Working Hours: 5 days work week Normal office hours
Employment Period: 1 year contract (renewable on yearly basis depending on performance and management discretion)
Location: United Square @ Novena
Salary: Basic Salary: Up to $2200 + Commission + $100 Mobile Allowance + Yearly Performance Bonus + Contract Bonus

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
