Job Description
  • Data entry & record into SAP system
  • Maintain department files & filing of documents
  • Prepare reports, letters and documents
  • Photocopy/scan documents
  • Attend to telephone calls & attend to end user enquiry
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming correspondences
  • Handle documents
  • Perform general office housekeeping & administrative duties e.g. raising eTR/ePR, petty cash, order stationery, distributing warehouse forms/voucher booklet, ensure proper functioning of photocopying machines and printers, liaise with maintenance department regarding office facility’s needs, maintenance and repair
  • Perform warehousing related duties include process vendor’s DO, tallying system information against documents, tallying invoices, certification checking, scanning of documents into database, GRN upon receipt of goods, retrieval documents, update & input various warehouse transaction record into the system.
  • To ensure prompt update of all transaction records into system & complete the assigned task within the stipulated KPI.
  • Prepare & generating relevant warehouse documents & reports such as issue vouchers, receipt report, pick list, delivery orders, packing list, KPI reports, stock count sheets & reports.
  • Improve work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Liaise within and among departments on administrative matters
  • Other administrative duties required by the department
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized & able to multi-tasked
  • Able to work in a team
  • Meticulous in work
  • Diligent with positive working attitude
  • Knowledge in ERP, SAP system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
