Involved in Mechnical and Electrical Maintenance work at Airport / Particiapte in Development Projects

Our client is the world class group leading in the aviation industry that are looking for suitable candidates to join their growing business as a Maintenance Engineer.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • As part of the Maintenance team, you will be required to liaise, coordinate and manage with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, suppliers, etc. for operations and maintenance of the facilities.
  • Support and assist development projects related to the facilities.
  • Preparation of contract documents, specifications for quotations and tender documents for projects.
  • Monitor the construction progress of the projects. Conduct inspection and attend night work (if needed) to ensure the maintenance and project works are being out by the maintenance and project contractors accordingly to specification and requirement to ensure the proper execution of the works.
  • Check and compile all the O&M manuals and as-built drawings submitted by Project Teams to ensure they are properly kept and updated.
  • To oversee and keep track on the consumption of spare parts usage and ensure sufficient stocks are to be purchased and kept for maintenance/emergency usage.
  • Ensure all maintenance checklist and documents are properly kept and update.
  • Carry and manage minor improvement works.
  • Assist in internal & external auditing ie. ISO 9001, ASU,AAR, etc.
  • Any other ad0hoc duties given by supervisor.
  • Min. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Min. 2 years relevant experience in Project Management - planning, managing, supervising and organising live operations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD / CAD software - ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Location : Changi
  • Working days : Mon - Fri / 8.30am 6pm
  • Salary : Up to S$4K / Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
