My client is a leading chemical process plant on the lookout for a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler. Responsibilities: • Responsible for developing maintenance plans for routine, preventive, predictive, and corrective as well as shutdown while ensuring maintenance is performed in accordance to workflows• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations• Responsible for performing SAP planning, keeping maintenance scheduling activity, and documentation in SAP system and ensure timely completion and closure of work completion. )• Monitor progress of weekly and daily schedule handed over to the other maintenance departments• Create and maintain PM plans complete with accurate scope, timing, cost, safety aspects, logical operational task list, respective maintenance work centres and manhours.• Work closely with Execution and Reliability team to improve the Maintenance Plans schedules, ensuring optimum costs and high performance of equipment’s.• Ensure prompt and timely response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet operations expectations and responding for plant requirements. Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
