Management Support Officer (Secretary / Senior Assistant)
Understand the company's various departments and leading dynamic, arrange work schedules for the superior, a timely reminder of the leadership program.
Assist in arranging the schedule and agenda of high-level meetings, theme meetings and other companies meeting minutes and notifications.
Responsible for drafting of leadership related speeches, reports, documents, letters, annual summary of the work, assisting the integrated filing and documenting department in safekeeping of their documents.
Responsible for the reception area and attending to visitors, assisting in dealing with external public relation parties and participation in outside business activities.
According to the leadership arrangements, follow the resolution of the matter, to complete the leadership of the other temporary work supervision, coordination and implementation tasks.
To assist the specific management in the implementation, inspection, supervision, and monitoring of the process.
Responsible for organizing investigation and research, and grasping the progress of major work of the Company, conducting research and analysis on the operation of the group companies, and providing opinions and suggestions for the decision-making of the leaders of the company.
Responsible for timely delivery of the various leadership instructional arrangements and other related temporary work.
More than 3 years’ experience as a Secretary in supporting the senior managers.
Prior experience in supporting the General Manager would be advantageous.
Proactive, careful and meticulous.
Possess good time management skills.
Good written skills with a strong judgment and decision-making, planning and implementation capacity.
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient Microsoft office software that includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
This role is based at Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Role Details :

It’s a permanent role directly with the clients payroll. ( Salary is negotiable based on the candidates expertise.)

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
