Job Description
Our client is hiring a Manager, APAC Total Rewards to be based at their Regional office in Singapore to cope with their expanding business needs.

This role gives you the opportunity to develop long term and rewarding compensation and benefits programs, identify market trends and craft proposals to ensure our client remains competitive in light of those trends.

Role

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of regional rewards strategy, guidelines and systems, in line with the organisation’s C&B guidelines and the regional HR strategy, to ensure an optimal return on reward in the region. 

This position acts as an advisory to HR and management teams to build a detailed understanding of the compensation and benefits environment in line with business strategy in the regional sphere. This opportunity is unique because it requires expertise in making the right decisions in order to impact the business positively. Ultimately this position is responsible for giving the organisation a competitive edge in terms of candidate attraction and employee retention through rewarding compensation and benefit programs. 

This role will also be responsible for annual review process, benefits plan design and sales incentive compensation plan design processes. You will be tasked with developing a healthy compensation and benefits ecosystem, building business cases and support their implementation. 

As part of your job scope, you will conduct job evaluations using market data and internal evaluation. This will enable you to make recommendations regarding appropriate compensation levels and incentive plan eligibility and participates in salary surveys.

What you need to succeed in this role

You will be required to have a Bachelor's degree and be equipped with a minimum of 5 years of Compensation and Benefits experience in an IT MNC. 
 

You need to possess strong cross-team collaboration skills and take accountability to key stakeholders across the broader business. Prior experience in using Oracle Fusion, Paymaster is preferred.
