Job Description
  • Provide administrative and support services for the office
  • Assist in publication of online information and materials (e.g. e-circulars, annual reports) for purpose of communication to the NUS community
  • Manage and update office websites and other social media channels (e.g. Facebook)
  • Arrange for dialogues with students and coordinate visits by external visitors and foreign delegates
  • Coordinate staff activities, trainings and events
  • Monitor and prepare annual operating budgets
  • Respond to feedback from the NUS community and the general public
  • Provide secretarial supports such as managing calendars and appointments for the Director
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in office administration and support
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skill sets and able to interact with all levels of staff, students and users
  • Resourceful, good writing ability and project management skills
  • Experience in communication and/or quality service management will be an added advantage
