Manage the client management team to ensure efficient and effective feedback management and achieve clients’ satisfaction
Leverage on behaviour insights and feedback analysis to improve service quality and efficiency of service delivery
Manage the development and enhancement of communication collateral
Provide leadership to a team of officers to drive the development of team competencies and develop them as professionals
Degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience with significant exposure to customer relationship management & behavior insights in the public sector or private sector in health or social care industry
Experience in QSM portfolio and service quality preferred
Able to balance operational demands and higher policy considerations
Good project management and organizational skills; Strong analytical, writing and research skills; and aptitude for problem solving
Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Team player with high level of initiative and strong interpersonal communication skills

To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
