Accountable for a comprehensive branding and marketing communication strategy to promote AIC and its programmes, services and events, as well as the Community Care sector in Singapore
Drive the executive of national-level publicity campaigns like CHAS
Oversee the development of marketing collateral and publications for both corporate and programmes
Manage AIC's Advertising & Promotion budget
Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure all outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective and reflects our products
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate actions where necessary
Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related course
Minimum 8 years with 2 years in managerial capacity of marketing or business development experience, preferably in marketing department. Candidate with 12 years or more experience may be consider for manager position.
Think creatively and innovatively with professional judgment and discretion
Possess excellent communication, persuasion and people management skills, results-oriented, self-motivated, driven and resourceful
Meticulous and ability to multi-task projects, manage priorities, schedules and deliverables
Ability to work on several campaigns concurrently with tight deadlines and deliver results

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
