Job Description
  • Manage implementation and changes affecting people, process and organisation for National ILTC IT Enablement Programme (NHELP)
  • Improve usability for IT system:
    • Lead enhancement for Nursing Homes (NHs) on-boarding
    • Gather requirements from end users in NHsby devising new or improve existing processes, update procedures and evaluate system results with users
    • Provide advice, support and recommendations to the project teams in integrating activities, standards and change management activities
    • Conduct testing to ensure the system capabilities are performing in accordance with the specifications
  • Plan and implement change management strategies that optimise engagement and buy-in from various stakeholders
    • Engage Service Providers (SPs) to understand existing processes and systems to identify the gaps and propose workaround solutions to link SPs' existing system
    • Review deployment guide and workflow, timeline and resource planning for modules to go live for NHs
    • Review training guides, documentations and conduct training forthe modules
  • Guide change management executives to fulfiltheir roles of being effective change leaders

Job Requirements
  • Degree with at least7 years' of working experience,of which at least3 years' in managerial capacity
  • Track record in large-scale organisational change efforts preferred
  • Relevant experience in healthcare industry would be an advantage
  • Possess buy-in interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with groups from diverse disciplines
  • Possess excellent active listening and communication skills
  • Flair in problem-solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to articulate business objective and deliverables in a clear and concise manner to different target audience
  • Able to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Able to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
