Responsible for the in- country's compensation and benefits strategy, design, communication and administration. Managing, evaluating and execution of the company's benefits and compensation programs.
Actively participate in job evaluation, establishing salary structures, developing salary budgets, and preparing policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation.
Provides compensation and benefits programs that support the attraction and retention of the best talent for the region and reward high performance.
Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.
Drive annual C&B activities such as the participation in annual Market Surveys and annual salary reviews
Review market competitiveness of employee's salary and recommend solutions or alternative action to close critical gaps
Work closely with external vendors and function as the lead in negotiation of coverage services and costs with vendors.
Ensures programs are current with regard to trends, practices, country legislation and costs.
Coordinate closely with mobility team and outside partner to ensure seamless experience for our globally mobile employees in APAC.
May be involved in preparing special studies and recommendations on subjects such as individual country base salary competitiveness and participate in other ad hoc projects.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or HR, or equivalent specialization.
Minimum 8 years of experience in C&B specialization preferably within a multinational environment, with prior experience in APAC region (both developed and emerging markets).
Extensive knowledge of Compensation and Benefits programs, requirements and trends across the APAC Region.
Ability to effectively communicate about Compensation and Benefits programs that supports fast-paced decision-making and positive participant experience.
Project and change management experience in a complex environment.
Proven experience in leading and implementing HR projects and working cross culturally with counterparts in APAC sites.
Strong Excel skills with affinity to systems & technology, and ability to think analytically & strategically
Strong organizational skills with a thorough and accurate attention to detail
Strong communication skill and an ability to effectively communicate, present and discuss analysis to effectively drive fact-based decision making across all levels of the organization. (Must be comfortable voicing opinions & being advocate for APAC)
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information
High level of self-motivation and independent thinking, strong business understanding linked to strategic insights and perspective.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
