Job Description

Role is responsible for the timely delivery of all internal and external reporting, forecasting, budgeting and operational cash flow management. Manage group consolidation across local and overseas subsidiaries and lead a small team of managers and executives to prepare all SGX reporting and announcements.
  • Lead the Group Reporting team in monthly closing
  • Oversee financial reporting to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and other statutory deadlines/ requirements
  • Prepare Group budget and analyse budget/ prior year variance
  • Work with Asset Management team on budget and forecasting
  • Coach and guide the finance team (local and overseas)
  • Ensure compliance with group internal controls and finance policies and procedures
  • Manage internal and external audit of the Group
  • Work with peers in Keppel Group, including Keppel Capital, Keppel Infrastructure and internal / external stakeholders
  • Assist Head, Finance with treasury functions and liaison with banks
  • Participate in M&A Due Diligence related work. 
  • Handle other projects and finance related duties as assigned
  • CPA with at least 10 years of experience and 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Ideally, 3-5 years Big-4 audit experience and 3 years working in a listed company SGX reporting role
  • Solid technical competency in SGX quarterly reporting, group consolidation, acquisition accounting and management reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Hands-on and adaptive.
  • Team player, demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Familiar with Singapore/ Australian accounting and tax compliance.
  • Experience with infrastructure industry preferred
  • Experience with accounting & consolidation software like SAP and Yardi/ BPC.
  • Candidates with Corporate Finance experience and/ or regional exposure preferred
  • Some traveling required.
