Job Description
Your main job role includes: 
  • Achieve profit margin, revenue and contract value targets set for the assigned territories 
  • Increase company’s market share and profitability for assigned territories 
  • Lead, motivate, guide and supervise a team of Business Development and Account Manager(s), Senior Executive(s) and Executive(s) to achieve profit margin, revenue and contract value targets set for assigned territories. 
  • Formulate, recommend and implement marketing, sales and account management strategies to increase market share and profitability. 
  • Develop and prepare sales forecast, budget and manpower plans. 
  • Plan, organize and participate in trade shows, event hosting and marketing events. 
  • Identify, assess and engage strategic Alliance partners. 
  • Engage in channel marketing with Domains & Technologies team. 
  • Plan and identify target groups and topic focus for GTM events. 
  • Collaborate with other Divisions in (for Strategic Account business) deal pursuits, closure and account management, and (for Mass Market business) extension of existing services and development/roll-out of viable new services targeting current and new customer segments 
  • Assist strategic customers to identify and determine funding agency, budget and time frame. 
  • Supervise and train sales team to build sales pipelines and achieve sales targets. 
  • Maintain oversight of project development and updates customers on the project status. 

To do well, you should have 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Marketing/ IT 
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience with at least 5 years of regional business development and good account management/sales experience in interacting with international (public and commercial), preferably in the Infocomm & Technology industry 
  • Strong network in the assigned region 
  • Able to work well independently and in a team 
  • A driver and achiever 
  • Possess good business acumen with good client management skills 
  • Good in numbers
  • Singaporean only
