Job Description
Manager, Service Delivery Operations

  • Lead and manage the Service Delivery team
  • Responsible for Service Delivery team building, development, management and motivation
  • Manage the performance of services to clients as agreed in the contract and ensure that the Service Levels are achieved
  • Establishes policies, process and procedures to ensure consistently high service performance
  • Manage cost and streamline the process while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Initiate Continuous Process Improvement to achieve greater efficiency and profitability
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Identify potential needs of customers and highlight potential sales opportunities to the sales team
  • Degree or minimum Diploma in any field from a recognized institution
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in service delivery, customer fronting 
  • People Management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good understanding of processes and requirements, with the ability to identify possible areas of improvement
  • PMP, ITIL Foundation preferred
  • Service Management desirable
  • Pleasant, polite & customer-service oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
