Job Description
Managing Director (Macau Base)
Work Location – Macau SAR, China
Fluency in written and spoken in English and Mandarin, Cantonese

Main accountabilities include:

• Overall accountability for all Company’s business interests and operations in the location. Deliver a robust and financially viable operational plan, and ensure its implementation through the local teams.
• Ensure the development of products, processes and behaviors that will deliver great service at the right price while controlling costs.
• Provide safe and secure operations for our customers and our staff.
• Deliver Compamy’s brand promise locally within the allocated budget.
• Develop string relationship with various Joint Venture partners, government agencies and local industry representatives to maximize business potential and provide a stable trading environment.
• Developing and executing Board strategy, maintaining strong relationships and effective communications with various Joint Venture partners and regular presenting to the Board.
• Accountable for the development and implementation of all necessary operational and administrative policies and procedures to an approved Company’s standard.
• Full commercial and financial accountabilities. Through monitoring of key customer service indicators, identify gaps, plan and resource effectively to fill them, including contingency planning.
• Identify and develop best practice.

Key skills, Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years solid senior management experience in aviation industry.
• Minimum of 10 years aviation industry experience.
• Experience of working in Joint Venture structure or with multiple shareholders/stakeholders preferred.
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Fluency in written and spoken in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is preferred.
• Experience in overall management of able company preferred.
• Financial control experience preferred.
