Your aim will be to work closely with the various mall tenants, contractors, ad agencies, media and event companies to come up with fresh and creative campaigns/projects and events to increase shopper traffic and tenants’ GTO. You will be responsible for overseeing the marketing and planning of all advertising and promotional activities as well as manage the social and digital media platforms. You will enjoy engaging with the media and being involved in PR activities, and leverage on the strong relationships you have with the retailers, stakeholders and agencies. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
