To provide support to the Sales Team in Sales and Marketing activities andconsolidate the support for office administration, procurement management, payment management, expense monitoring and management, travel management etc. for the Group.

Key Responsibilities
    Assist the Manager in coordinating key meetings arrangements and special projects and events such sourcing for venue, preparation of meetings (onsite & offsite), coordinate with vendors and etc Co-ordinating of Sales and Promotion activities Provide support to manager on procurement management Update the standard operating procedure (SOP) Preparation of Sales Report Other administrative function as assigned

Key Requirements
  • Min. GCE 'O' Level and above
  • Experience in managing and organizing projects and events
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Strong planning, organizing and prioritization skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Resourceful with initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure with multi-deadline
