Job Description
We are looking for someone who is interested with engaging and activating audiences through unforgettable experiences at conferences, tradeshows, and technology forums. You would serve as an event planning and communications focal for the Singapore office. You will also be working with corporate affairs and business leaders to develop end-to-end event marketing strategies that increase brand recognition, give a voice to management, and facilitate relationships with potential clients, partners, and employees.

In this role, you will also be working with a cross-functional team of marketing and communications professionals to shape industry dialogue and promote emerging services and solutions designed to advance company’s vision of empowering people to change the world


Key Role:
  • Manages the organization's day-to-day advertising/marketing, media relations, creative editorial, and design service as well as key marketing events.
  • Provide communications support for business development programs, training programs, and outreach events, including managing and coordinating ongoing communications through briefings, publications, newsletters, e-mail announcements, electronic publications, online, social media, special projects, and assignments.
  • Write, edit, proofread, and distribute content for electronic and print communication.
  • Communicate with all levels of the organization and prepare and deliver briefings to senior executives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, processes, and products support program goals and initiatives.
  • Plan, organize, and disseminate timely and accurate information and promote awareness of programs, projects, events, and conferences.


We are looking for candidates with the following:
  • At least 3 years of experience in the communications and outreach field, including strategic communications, marketing, change management and/or events planning
  • Experience producing high-profile events and activation is a plus
  • Experience with driving events planning and logistics, including programming, engaging and managing speakers, developing exhibit and activation experiences, promotional materials, and lead capture
  • Experience understanding of customer experience as it applies to digital and in-person event production and management
  • Experience with product or service marketing in shaping the pitch for agencies and developing pitch
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing tasks
  • Ability to display strict attention to detail for quality assurance, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requests
  • Diploma/Degree in discipline


Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including creating and modifying styles
  • Ability to author client communications
  • Experience with negotiating sponsorship with leading technology industry events
  • Experience with developing and managing events budgets, including vendor engagement and management
  • Experience in business to business (B2B) marketing for the South East Asia region
  • Experience in product or capability marketing in Cyber, analytics or technology
  • Ability to work individually and in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability Possession of excellent organizational skills to multitask across multiple projects to effectively manage priorities and produce results
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
