Identify new product opportunities through market research and competitive analysis that meet agreed upon category needs of the Area
Collaborate with Global Product Development on New products and the new product development process
Develop relationships with Global Product Development, Supply Chain and other partners to ensure successful development and launch of new products and initiatives.
Review & analyze product/marketing briefs including positioning statements that are submission markets before determining if they will be submitted to Global Product Development
Work closely with markets to create strong, integrated product launches. This includes integration with promotional programs, events, videos, training, catalog/flyer placement, public relations and recipe development.
Overall responsibility for driving the markets long term product planning through the S&OP process, including including strategic market planning, recruiting programs and salesforce activities
Communicate a thorough knowledge of product information, marketing initiatives, market research techniques, promotional activities and brand strategy
Build and maintain effective professional relationships with all key stakeholders in the markets
Drive and Support the Asia Pacific Marketing meetings to launch new product ideas, share best practices and drive continued growth in the Area.
Prepare and present recommendations on product enhancements, new categories expantions, promotional opportunities, and partnerships
