Our client a Conglomerate MNC is looking to hire a Marketing Manager:
1) Evaluate industry trends and conduct market research to identify new business opportunity
2) Conduct public presentations both in English and Chinese to build and increase braind awareness
3) Prepare content for website, advertisement, newsletter, brochure, booklet, flyer, editorial and press release in both English and Chinese
4) Provide product training to internal and external promoters and pharmacy assistants in English and Chinese
5) Prepare and conduct interviews for video testimonials
6) Plan and execute sales and consumers events
7) Raise Public awareness on health topics by communicating effectively with bloggers and prepare articles for publications
8) Handle Facebook and Twitter online marketing: Prepare posts on page, create sponsored posts, answer to prospects enquiry and generate sales
1) Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
2) At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in FMCG health food and supplement industry as an Assistant / Marketing Manager
3) Proficient in MS office application
4) Possess good customer service, meticulous and resourceful.
5) Able to multi-task
6) Good command of English and Chinese, both written and verbal

To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints. Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
