Job Description
Leverage on Social Media to reach out to potential candidates

Update and post on Social Media to increase visibility

Market job posting on various channels

Conduct Focus Group Sessions

Monitor effectiveness of postings on selected channels

Source, screen, qualify and select prospective candidates through various creative means

Conduct initial interviews

Filing of applicants resumes/applications for references

Prepare selected candidates for licensing

Oversee candidates and assist in exam registration and required assessments

Bring candidates to Seminar

Attend team meetings and events

Assist Director in administrative duties

Pre appointment preparation and post appointment follow ups

Other Ad-Hoc duties as deemed necessary
