Job Description
Job Description OVERALL PURPOSE: Ensure standard & adhoc reports are delivered accurately & on time. Coordinate across different teams to gather & document reporting requirements, & manage the production of reports. Provide insights & execute process improvements. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Central Measurement & Reporting • Deliver high performance through performance optimization • Demand & Capacity Management • Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code • Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work • Plan, control and monitor delivery of programs, projects and/or managed services • Drive initiatives / Other process improvements
Job Qualifications MUST HAVE:

• Strong in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Subject matter expert in BI Technologies: SQL, SSIS, SSRS
• Expertise in data visualization (Tableau, Datazen, PowerBI)
• Working experience in database design (with any RDBMS platform, preferrably SQL Server)
• Working experience in building / mobilizing reports
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills; can communicate across different levels within the organization
• Strong project management skills with working experience on risk and issue management
• Works independently
• Can work well as part of a team; ability to work well across different levels and can also lead and provide direction to multiple teams
• Great stakeholder management, with the ability to properly communicate and manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
• Strong Problem Solving and Decision Making skills; able to solve complex problems by providing solutions, leveraging or adapting existing methods and procedures
• Strong team player; Can work well as part of a team across different levels
• Able to understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals and priorities
