JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

GENERAL DUTIES

• Cooperate and support Buyers during buying meeting period.

• Assist Buyers and Area Managers for administrative documents.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods to Franchisees.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Send barcode labels to suppliers.

• Assist Buyers to key P.O. for Franchisees after every buying meeting.

• Raise Credit Notes and Debit Notes.

• Assist Buyers in ensuring proper claim management with Franchisees.

Special Activities, Projects

• Ensure payment by Franchisees before delivery

Internal/External Customers

• Internal Department working relationship (Who they work with in office)

• Buyers of International Franchising department

Organization Structure

• There is no full time position reporting to this position.
