Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

  • Upgrade Exchange 2010 environment to Exchange 2016 / hybrid environment.
  • Migrate user mailboxes from on perm exchange to Exchange Online.
  • Migrate user Enterprise Archive (EV) to Exchange online
  • Operate in a global team to support the global Messaging estate.
  • Work closely with the Desktop, Wintel, Platform, network engineers and Project Managers
  • Support end users during mailbox migration and assist with their end point issues.
  • Ensure successful migration and smooth transition for end users and handle all related activities, process (Changes, Request, and Incidents).
  • Engage with the wider organizational support teams in the management and resolution of major incidents and problems.

General and Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Exchange 2010 / Exchange 2016, Exchange Online and Office 365
  • Detailed knowledge of Exchange Unified Messaging,
  • Have a history of working in a mission-critical environment.
  • Background in financial services or similar regulated industry.
  • The ability to create high quality documentation for colleagues and end users alike.
  • Experienced supporting large and complex Exchange 2010/2016/Exchange online environments.
  • Experienced in working on large complex Messaging programs of work.
  • Experience of working with managed service providers.
  • A good communicator, and able to work collaboratively in a global team.
  • The ability to create high quality documentation for colleagues and end users alike.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • An inquisitive thinker, with attention to detail.
