Job Description :
  • Basic up to $3500 +AWS + Variable Bonus
  • 5 day, Mon Fri, 9am 6pm
  • Marine Navigation Communication Equipment, West, German MNC
Our client has global presence as a Marine Navigation System market leader and they are looking for a competent Sales Engineer (Naval) to join the growing sales team.
  • Searching for new clients
  • Travelling to visit potential clients
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
  • Calculating client quotations
  • Negotiating and closing sales
  • Analysing costs and sales
  • Meeting regular sales targets
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events
  • Preparing technical presentations
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Solving client problems
Requirement
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Prefer ex-navy or ex-police coast guard personnel with/or at least min. 3 years of working experience in the marine electronics industry.
  • Good communication (both oral and written English) and presentation skills
  • Mature, detailed oriented, independent and able to meet sales target
  • Overseas travelling is required
  • Preferably with own transport
