Job Description
Based in Singapore, and reporting directly to the Finance Director APAC, your individual's tasks and responsibilities will be as follows : 

· Finance project manager 100% dedicated to ERP migration in APAC, part of EN Global ERP team

· Assist to identify Business/Finance & Accounting requirements of APAC region and coordinate with Internal and External Group Netsuite consultants to make sure those are reflected in the Design of Netsuite Solutions

· Lead the accounting and finance data migration collection and accuracy pre-migration

· Lead the UAT and testing phase pre-migration; raise key issues and make recommendations for Go Live planning

· Assist accounting and finance staff during each country’s migration (training before and after, hotline in case of any blocking, etc), coordinate with external Netsuite consultants in case of any issue requiring any development

· Be and become Super-User for APAC region

· Main coordinator with external Netsuite Consultant for all finance and accounting topics

· Before and after migration: collect all requirements from finance / accounting staff in terms of key Netsuite reports for daily / weekly / monthly activities and controls and coordinate with Netsuite related development and testing

· Draft key new processes resulting from Netsuite implementation (example: approvals, accounting reconciliation, month-end closing steps, employees’ claim new procedure, etc) and train teams accordingly to ensure they understand and strictly follow new processes

· Initiate and lead simplification projects within finance as well as work with operations to drive process improvements with the use of new ERP (try to help local staff to implement more efficient processes)

· Participate to all side-projects in line with ERP implementation and deployment

· Use of new reporting module for monthly financial reporting

· Connection with other Group IT applications: Kyriba, Eloqua (marketing module), QV Finance

· Work closely with other non-finance & accounting teams: Operations, Marketing, Sales as some financial topics are sourced from Operations data and processes.

· Work closely and hand in hand with other internal Netsuite Project Managers in APAC and EMEA: Master Data Manager, Business Systems Manager, PMO, etc

REQUIREMENTS


You have at least 8 years of working experience in the related field. Highly motivated and ready to work in a challenging environment, you will get part of an entrepreneurial project. Implication and results are the keys of your success within the group.

The right candidate for this roles comes with the following qualifications and attributes :

· Bachelor / Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

· minimum 8 years’ experience

· 3+ years hands-on functional Netsuite ERP Implementation Experience

· English fluency is a must, another Southern Asian language could be a plus

· Between 20% to 50% (during deployment) travelling in South East Asia

· Experience in a lead finance & accounting role on Netsuite project

· Strong accounting & finance background and experience: accounting professional qualification required

· Strong analytical skills and ability to understand operational flows (order processing, logistics, invoicing)

· Has a proven experience in working on project based

· Very good interpersonal /communication written and verbal communication skills able

• to liaise with various cultures and personalities

• to liaise with various profiles (accountants, sales, operations)

• to train various profiles (day-to-day training)

· Ability to multi-tasks and work with tight timelines

· Excellent Excel mastering
