Experience: You have at least 4+ years relevant experience with enterprise LAN /WAN managed network and security services. You also have Network engineering and 24x7 operations experience as well as hands-on network & application troubleshooting experience. Experience interacting with global telecom companies and global customers.
Technical Expertise: You possess extensive knowledge in IP networking and applications running over networks. You are also knowledgeable with routing protocols (RIP, OSPF, BGP). You also have a complete understanding of how telecommunication service providers install, test, and troubleshoot circuits; excellent computer skills including WIN2k and Unix. Relevant industry certifications i.e. CCNA, CCNP, JCNIA, JNCIS, JNCIP is desirable.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
