Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects and engagements
Oversees project coordinator and project managers working on client engagements within practice
Reviews high-level deliverables across projects in the PMO and cross functionally in Operations
Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction
Manages scope and mitigates risk across all projects
2 or more years’ experience of project management experience leading Network / Voice projects
Experience implementing and rolling out either Cisco or Avaya Telephony and Communications projects
Strong stakeholder management
Strong verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
Ability to quickly build relationships at all levels and cross-functional/platform
Highly organized and be able to multi-task
Intermediate level of knowledge required on MS Office products, including but not limited to Outlook , Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project.
Intermediate to Expert Knowledge of PMIS (Quickbase), conceptualization and design and support of applications

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
