Office Manager
Eastwood Libis QC
Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM
We are looking for a Young and Bright Talent to fill this role.
We want someone who is an excellent problem solver and a great multi tasker
Flexibility in schedule would be part of the qualifications as you will handle various projects outside of the normal 8 to 5 pm shift
If you don't have related experience, we will train you as long as you have the foundation we are looking for
Responsibilities:
Responsible for day to day operational activities of the business ranging from preventive maintenance, upkeep and improvement of the office facilities
Accountable for all business processes and compliance like Data Privacy, OSH, business permits, licenses and PEZA
Address all admin and facilities issues in a timely manner
Develop and implement administration policies and process improvements that would increase operation efficiency
Select Qualified and efficient vendors and suppliers
Oversee the planning and organization of major company-related activities in coordination with HR and Social Committee teams
Manage office fit out projects
Effectively coordinate for leasing issues with the property management team of the building
