Office Services and Admin Manager (MNC)  

Responsibilities Front-line support for general services-related queries for internal staff Work with internal departments to resolve service gaps or explore solution to minimize breakdown in site facilities and smooth operation of workplace. Proactive Stakeholders management and handle purchasing requisitions and raise work orders Enhance the overall service satisfaction rate from users/business Conduct survey to gather constructive feedback from users and chair the staff committee meeting on specific services Perform regular site inspection and to preempt service gap or non-conformance Minimize complaints from users and stakeholders and cultivate service excellence mindset Manage Servicing contracts and Company Administrative services Requirements Preferably with experience in a MNC environment Experienced in office service skill, admin & commercial experience and ability to work well with different level of stakeholders. Preferably with at least 5 years or more experience in office, admin and/ or faciilities service Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite (Gmail, calendar e.g.) Service oriented and able to handle various business users professionally Open to travel to multiple site offices locally (as often as 2 to 3 times a week) To apply, please visit and search for Job Reference: 15700.
