Our Client, is a well-known hotel management company is now inviting a Officer, Procurement & Admin Function (6-month contract) to support their project.
Responsibilities: • Report to APEC Procurement Manager in supporting procurement activity • Support as procurement representative in cross functional team on tender process • Liaise with stakeholders for the preparation of tender and contract documents • Ensure effective implementation of procurement strategies for the low-to-medium value purchase • Responsible on purchase order processing and maintain an accurate system record • Compile Purchase Order and maintain good record trail of transactions • Coordinate with team members for logistics arrangement • Provide regular reporting to management level • Administration supporting of projects

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
