Our Client is one of the leading global sports apparel MNC with a prestigious history.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the implementation of multiple business improvement projects by working with senior finance managers and senior business managers across the accounting organisation
  • Apply Lean principles and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to analyse current accounting process, identify adverse trends and develop the operational metrics to set forth the operational improvements
  • Develop training curriculum to educate leaders and staff on process improvement and problem solving using Lean methodologies.
  • Conducts educational sessions with staff and leaders and be the coach during process improvement projects
  • Contribute to the operational excellence framework by collaborating with cross-functional teams and identify potential cost savings.
  • Ultimately to design, model and implement operational processes and organisational changes resulting in a leaner and more efficient organization
  • Require hand on work when leading the workshops with the capability to further develop the process framework
  • Manage the project schedule and detail tasks.
  • Analyse the actual performance against the plan, adjust base on project objectives, allocate resources, and assure a smooth transition
  • There is often a need to manage multiple projects at one time, potentially with competing priorities.
  • Available to work variable hours as occasioned by the needs of the project

Requirements:
  • Bachelor in IT related qualifications
  • Must have 6 years of Lean Six Sigma or project management experience and have written business functional requirements or specifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in finance / accounting with good understanding of operational finance and accounting process
  • Comfortable making presentation to large audience and manage complex meetings
  • Has accounting or finance background with business analysis techniques and the understanding of the tools, e.g. root cause analysis, value stream mapping, Kaizen, Visio swim lane diagrams
  • Have previous tangible experience or certification with project management methodology and change management (demonstrated ability to deliver projects ideally using, Lean, Six sigma, and total quality management)
  • Have work on or interest in automation project (e.g. robotic, software automation)
  • Familiarity with document management and process workflow
  • Performed feasibility study on previous projects

  • Mon Fri, 830am to 530pm
  • 1-year contract, may renew or convert depending on business needs/performance
  • Up to S$10K Base + attractive benefits + completion bonus
