Job Description :

  • Co-ordinating, implementing and monitoring of projects and initiatives relating to sales and business operations, and ensure they are in line with the organizations overall strategic direction
  • Study and improve the operational policies, systems and processes in coherence with the organization goal
  • Manage and improve the effectiveness as well as efficiency of the client and candidate relationship management systems
  • To support the operation and maintenance of the ISO9001:2008 certified Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure specified procedures comply with ISO standards as identified
  • Conducting routine Service Quality Audits to measure service performance, guidelines adherence in line with internal and external quality audits
  • Conduct yearly customer survey feedback programme and monitoring customer satisfaction
  • Manage and develop training programme for the staff (induction, QMS, presentation skill, etc.)
  • Preparation, Submission and Application of government grants and point of contact for grant application
  • Organize initiatives with external Consultants for possible franchising programmes

  • Degree holder with at least 2 years relevant experience
  • Related experience in recruitment industry is an added advantage
  • Good project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self motivated, creative, resourceful and analytical with good interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, meticulous and able to work independently with lots of initiative
  • Knowledge of ISO Quality System will be an added advantage
