Job Description :
  • Salary: Basic up to $7k per month + incentive + Allowance
  • Minimum 5 years of luxury leather bags/accessories experience
  • Experience with luxury leather goods and bags is a MUST.
  • Our client is in the Luxury Leather Good Retail industry. They are look for a Retail Manager to join them.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, retail sales executive and VM
  • Planning and managing staff schedules and sales target for store
  • Ensure adequate manpower for the peak period
  • Assist with customer queries and resolved issues arise
  • Enforce refund and exchange policy with sensitivity and flexibility within guidelines provided
Requirements:
  • Outgoing personality, energetic and positive mind set.
  • Proven track record in managing retail store and achieving sales target
  • Possess good communication skills and management skills
Other Info
  • Salary: Basic $6.5k - $7k per month + Commission + Bonus
  • (Salary will commensurate according to Candidates Work Experience & Qualifications)
  • 5 years of experience in luxury leather goods (MUST)
