Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Leading operations team to achieve KPIs.
  • Project Manage new key initiatives in areas of Customer Service Operations and Analysis; Increase operational efficiency.
  • Manage staffing needs and ensure correct ratios of team to operations are maintained to provide appropriate operational support.
  • Ensure constant calibration of Site Leaders, Area Managers and other stakeholders at regular intervals
  • Defining and designing action plans for operational improvements together with management team.
  • Develop and supervise annual Operation & maintenance budgets.
  • Propose, prepare and execute initiatives to enhance profitability.

    Qualifications:                                                                                                                       


    • Age 40-45 years, Male
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial psychology, or any related field.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in Operation or maintenance functions with at least 5 years at managerial level.
    • Experience in real estate industry is advantage
    • Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
    • Good command in English communication (both verbal and written skills)

    Proactive, Strong leadership Hands-on working style with high competencies in analytical, conceptual thinking
