Job Description
Job Requirement


• Your main responsible is customer order management activities, working closely with the rest of the supply chain, other company sites supply chain & division team

• This includes order entry, managing order changes requested by customers, handling order inquiry / complaints and quotation.

• You will build credibility and trust with internal and external customers by providing value added services via your interaction with customers and a high degree of responsiveness.

• You will participate in customer meetings and proactively identify area for improvement.

• You will apply business and process knowledge to manage/recommend alternate courses of action in handling day to day operations/problem solving.

• In order to support the fast growth of the business, you may be involved in supporting supply chain activities for a new product line and value stream.

• You will be working closely with the multiple function including other company sites to implement and execute the operations successfully.

• You will also participate and contribute in Sales & Operation Planning, Production Scheduling and Business review meetings.

• You will be tasked to participate in relevant corporate initiatives and cross functional task force as required.


Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration/Arts/Social Science/Supply Chain Management

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Customer Service / Order Fulfillment

• Singaporeans only
