We are inviting applications from experienced medical devices sales representatives to join a leading orthopedic medical devices company. You will have a minimum of two years of hospital sales experience dealing with pharmaceuticals or medical devices with a Diploma/ Degree in Science or Business. You will be tasked with identifying business opportunities, establishing relationships with the key decision makers and maintaining good rapport with customer to ensure increased market reach and attainment of sales objectives as put forth by the Sales and Marketing team head. Whilst, closely working with the different departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products, you will also be required to assist surgeons in the use of the products during surgeries and conduct trainings and workshops. You will be required to attend trainings and workshops to keep yourself updated with the products as well as procedures in the dynamic healthcare industry and be forthcoming with your expertise to the business partners. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
