Job Description

Job Description
  • $9/hr
  • Clementi (Tertiary institute)


Responsibilities:
  • Attends Project Meetings
  • Prepares materials for weekly reports/updates to project teams
  • Manages and replies to project-related email.
  • Follow up, patching and cleaning the data. Prepare data for analysis
  • Assists in administrative duties such as creating of graphs and reports/presentations
  • Summarise project results


Duration:
  • Project Duration: Approximately 12 months (minimum 6 months commitment)
  • Commitment: at 2- 3 times a week or 6 9 hours per week (can be arranged)


Salary:
  • $9/hr


Working hours:
  • Monday Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm


Location:
  • Clementi (Tertiary institute)


Requirements:
  • "A Level or Diploma from a reputable polytechnic
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Experience with Qualtrics preferred
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience in similar capacity is preferred but not required
