Prepares materials for weekly reports/updates to project teams
Manages and replies to project-related email.
Follow up, patching and cleaning the data. Prepare data for analysis
Assists in administrative duties such as creating of graphs and reports/presentations
Summarise project results
Project Duration: Approximately 12 months (minimum 6 months commitment)
Commitment: at 2- 3 times a week or 6 9 hours per week (can be arranged)
Monday Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Clementi (Tertiary institute)
"A Level or Diploma from a reputable polytechnic
Proficient with MS Office
Experience with Qualtrics preferred
Excellent written and communication skills
Experience in similar capacity is preferred but not required

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
