Job Description
Registration of patients visit, issuance of queue ticket, retrieves or create patient records and assist in any administrative work required at front counter
Billing enquiries and cashiering duties
Schedule follow-up appointments for patients and advice on the necessary tests / investigations
Assist in preparing clinic reports
Liaise with doctors, nurses and internal departments on any clarifications for patient matters
Assist in counter closing

Requirements
Local Diploma is preferred.
Customer service or Healthcare experience will be advantageous

Candidates who is able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Chinese patients is an advantage
