About the role Manage payroll operations in Singapore and Malaysia and ensure compliance to laws and policies in both countries. You will also maintain and monitor resource reporting and headcount budgeting. As the manager, you will need to take care of the team's KPI and look into the team's development. Frequent travel to Singapore will be required. About you You will have a minimum of 8 years of experience with 3 years of managerial experience. It is preferred that you have worked in a shared services environment before. You will have strong SAP payroll knowledge and experience in Success Factors system. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
