Job Description

Role:
  • Lead recruitment and human resources initiatives in a fast-paced, intense, and deeply fulfilling professional environment.
  • Support all business units with all HR related processes and projects.
  • Responsible in managing a smooth employee life cycle for each of the employees - from hiring, on-boarding, performance management, compensation down to processing exits and departures.
  • Responsibilities would also include some administrative tasks such as office management, asset monitoring, facilities maintenance, etc.


Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Project Management and HR management and operations in an international start-up environment
  • Understands employee life cycle and PH labor board requirements
  • Experience in process design and improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very-high attention to details and process orientation
  • Filipino recruitment experience with a network of recruiting channels, an up-to-date knowledge of pay trends, and access to rich pools of talent
  • Preferably Expat
