Responsibilities: Help, plan, conduct and administer program that train employees & improve their skills and knowledge Evaluate individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance Liaise with managers and interview employees at all level to identify and assess training and development needs Conduct job evaluation surveys Prepare and improve training manual and company policy & procedure Familiar with market salary and benefits for financial industry Prepare job description for new job opening Perform other HR duties as assigned by Directors
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am 6.30pm
Salary: $2500 $3000

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
