Plant Integrity Manager – Chemical Process Plant
I have partnered with well-known International Petrochemicals Business, to help them identify a suitable candidate for a Plant Integrity Manager role. It’s a newly created role where the ideal candidate will be responsible for optimising the performance of the Plant Assets based on Reliability Centred Maintenance. Key areas of focus:
  • Ensure that the Team’s execution processes are aligned with the legal reliability compliance regulations
  • Respond to plant critical requirements in a prompt and timely manner.
  • Ensure proper compliance with the engineering standards and makes sure that the engineering services from Service providers meet the required requirements.
  • Implementing solutions to the reliability processes according to the maintenance strategy, LCT and Asset Management plans
  • In charge of preventive maintenance planning, and propose necessary changes as per required
  • Clear definition of the Reliability management systems and the associated processes


Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience covering reliability/maintenance/Asset Integrity leadership roles within a Chemical/Petrochemical/Refinery/Process plant.
- Strong knowledge in Operational Excellence and Reliability operations
- Proven experience in leading a team
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
