Job Description

  • Assisting the project leadership team with PMO/administrative related background (about 6 to 9 mths), • Managing resources, projects and budgets • Facilitate project governance and reporting, assisting an internal project and require good excel skills to track updates / being very organized / detail oriented, etc • A good honors Degree, preferably in Finance, accounting or business the person need to have good organization skills and preferably strong MS Excel skills and good with numbers • Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, be self-motivated, and be able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities • Perform analysis and syndication of regulatory, process and system changes impacting the Client Life Cycle Services organization under WM group operations • Business integration activities which include training and communication, rollout, post-rollout support and review • Evaluate and optimize existing processes, implement new processes and improvement ideas. • Participate in ongoing system testing/ projects and support ad-hoc management analysis
