PMO Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Set up a project management plan and carry out the project (Budget handling and progress & cost control)

- Establish communication channels and organize various events

- Control outgoing payments
- Manage export/import activities and permits/authorizations

- Manage workforce and offices

- Control staff entry access

- Coordinate contract clauses

- Build spending plans per stage and timeline

- Review financial condition and settle payments

- Review processes and work products and ensure quality

- Check and verify stage progress

- Advise on works and solution technology

- Support purchase and procurement activities

Qualification & Requirements:

- Degree in Finance, Business Admin or equivalent.

- 2-3 years of working experience.

- Excellent in English communication skills and writing are a must
