Pre-Sales Consultant - IT (Windows Server) @ Tai Seng

Job Description
Responsibilities:

- Pre-sales product presentation and demo for the company and its subsidiaries.

- Assist Sales Department to answer to customer’s technical enquiries.

- Gather and understand customers’ requirements and design solutions to solve their requirements.

- Follow up with customer enquiries / quotation and win deals.

- Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue

- Involve in pre-sales activities and post sales technical support on Total System Management and IT Infrastructure Solutions

- Prepare request for proposal (RFP) when required.

- Ensure that all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame and to the company standards.

- Project discussion and implementation

- Project milestones completion and sign off

- Project post completion support

- Work with all sales team to identify target market.

- Work with channel partners to develop further opportunities.

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in pre-sales and product implementation of software solution and server projects.

- Processes technical knowledge in databases, networking, servers, storage and backup Hands-on experience in System Management Application.

- Technical knowledge on performing system administration, network support and implementation of Windows 2003/2008 infrastructures - both server and desktop, preferably in an enterprise environment.

- Good knowledge in Azure, Office 365, VMware and Server Microsoft SQL Service is an added advantage
