Involved in the technical support of the Telecom sales team.
To assist local sales with overall technical support for regional Telecom operators and partners.
Need to understand customers’ official requirements and technical standards, participate in the tender bids, prepare and make testing sample cards, lead and support on-site testing, and to analyse and solve technical issues existing in the product.
Work closely with customers to promote products/solutions, and collect market intelligence.
Also required to promote and implement card solutions and to make routine communication with product and marketing team in order to have better technical understanding.
Requirement
Degree in Electronics Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related fields
2 years relevant experience.
Knowledge of mobile technology or working experience in Smart Cards industry will be an advantage
Pre-sales experience
Programming knowledge including: C
Ability to speak Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts
Able to analyse technical problems and achieve results scientifically
Able to document detailed reports and process technical details clearly
Independent, display initiative as well as a team player
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and sustain good working relationships with customers and colleagues
Willing to travel - Average once a month

Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
