Identify opportunities that map client’s issues and Managed Outsourcing Services and Solutions offering
Responsible for applying technical knowledge to a sales situation effectively and crafting managed outsourcing services solutions for clients
Establish and maintain a professional working relationship at multiple levels, both internally and with the client, by developing a core understanding of the client’s unique business needs and competitive challenges
Lead and/or provide expertise to Data Centre Operations and Functional Tower Service Delivery Teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives
Lead the solution design and bid preparation for Cloud offering and Managed Outsourcing services’ RFP/tenders
Lead the creation of enterprise industry solutions framework, architectures, standards, benchmark and support delivery models
Tailor strategy and architect solutions to meet the needs of the client, and interface with both internal and external/industry’s subject matter experts to anticipate customer’s needs and facilitate solution development
Prepare cost calculations to consolidate all cost components and/or develop the pricing model to customer
Prepare proposal for solutions and services
Prepare and deliver presentations confidently to customers on the proposed solutions and services
Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent certification in IT system, network, information security and/or cloud technologies
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Cloud Data Centre and managed outsourcing service provider environment
Possess sound technical background or understanding of overall IT Infrastructure, server, storage, network, security, backup, WAN.
Familiar with ITIL processes and workflows with good understanding of the professional support services and managed outsourcing services business
Knowledge of enterprise tools used commonly in a managed outsourcing services environment, such as Microsoft System Center, BMC Remedy and Bladelogic, HPE software, IBM BigFix, or Solarwinds
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to develop the cost component calculation and pricing model
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Effective presentation skills to articulate the managed outsourcing services’ portfolio

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
