Our client is a premium early childhood education provider that offers bilingual academic and enrichment programmes for children from 18 months to 6 years old, in the playgroup, nursery and kindergarten levels. They are looking for passionate pre-school principals to join their fast expanding team.

Determine requirements that meets licensing, health and safety regulations from local regulatory bodies
Work closely with governing agencies to ensure compliance at all times
Provide mentoring to teachers to facilitate and improve learning, teaching and evaluation processes for better performance standards
Provide and set leadership goals for the school to form basis for curriculum objectives
Prepare budgeting plan and control budget expenditures
Oversee collection of school fees and manage disbursement of cash for purchases
Keep proper records for income and expenditures
Prepare monthly reports for the board and senior management
To excel in this role, you should have the following:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Teaching & Leadership is a MUST
Degree in Early Childhood Education will be advantageous
Minimum of 3 years of teaching and management experience in a childcare / preschool
Creative and inspiring with a love for young children
Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
